Re-introducing Daniel M. Guelbart Outdoor Living Specialist

For those of you that do not know me yet, allow me to introduce myself.
My name is Daniel Guelbart. I started in the casual living and customer service business in 1979. I’ll never forget my first trade show in Chicago— this New Yorker thought he knew winter but they don’t call it the windy city for nothing!
I ran a sizable wholesale operation for 13 years, where I learned that as a trend-forward industry, we always had to be 2-5 years ahead of the curve. If our clients wanted to be forward thinking— manufacturers had to be sourcing for next season’s hottest items two years ahead of show time.
After the 9/11 stock market crash, I was approached by a seasonal accessories company to launch their outdoor furnishing operation in Philadelphia.
Between four companies, I spent 15 years traveling and working overseas in Southeast Asia, China, Philippines and Indonesia. I worked on design, manufacturing, product development, quality control and packaging.
In 2004, I found my calling as a manufactures sales representative— bringing my grand total to over 40 years in the industry!
I am the Sales Manager for Skyline Design.

With me, you receive hands-on support in day to day residential and commercial project management. No project is too small or too large— I enjoy taking part in all of the details as well as helping picking out fabrics and frame samples.
Working in manufacturing for decades means you’ll get my direct knowledge of sourcing materials, project time-lines, and delivery. Quality means everything to me because I know personally what it feels like to open a box of goods only to find every piece broken.
Many of my clients need to talk through the best use-case for shading in lounging, dining, and entertaining. This includes visiting job sites to assess the path of the sunrise and sunset. I can help you think through the perfect quantity of seating vs shading— dining vs lounging.
